What I thought:

I loved this book!!! It is not a book with just cute talk about ideal friendship. This book digs deep to show you how to make friends, how to maintain, how to keep or let go. It also goes into the treats and other aspects of friendship that can cause them to break up. You can gain so much information and value from this book on true friendship and why women need other women but, it gives you more than just the book –you can go to the website on the book and actually join in making friends! I think this is so needed in this time of technology friendships.

A favorite passage in the book:

“Rather than walk away or just put up with it, there is a third option. The healthiest (and often most difficult) option is to “grow through it” – seeking to repair the relationship. We”ll risk disappointment and possibly reveal our own shortcomings. It requires being forgiving. It means we have to step forward together. Repeatedly.” ~Shasta Nelson
