What I thought: I did not want to like this movie. I felt it was sad and disturbing. I did get drawn into it very much though. I felt like I was watching a book played out visually. It was deep and emotional. You were watching two stories play out at once. You could see the emotions of both the characters and the detail was rich. I can’t say I like how it played out but I was not bored and watched intently to see where it was going. One thing the movie had going for it was that I had not seen a trailer or any information on it which added to the suspense for me. trailer tend to ruin a lot of movies for me.
